Therefore, it is required to build Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) structure for successful IR.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>-Procedure of IR strategy-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">To build up above mentioned IR structure, there are four steps before communicating investors.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><em>(Step 1) To codify corporate vision and mission<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Corporate vision and mission must be \u201ceasy to understand\u201d for vast majority, not only for stakeholders who are familiar to the company.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><em>(Step 2)To figure out Medium Term Corporate Strategy<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Corporate strategy must be consistent with the corporate mission and must show the \u201cMILESTONE\u201d (Key Performance Indicator; KPI) to be achieved in every fiscal year to reach the vision of the future.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/en.sip-vc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/SIR_reration2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-5334\" src=\"https:\/\/en.sip-vc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/SIR_reration2.png\" alt=\"SIR_reration2\" width=\"349\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Medium term corporate strategy tends to be Profit &amp; Loss Account basis.
